We at Virtus Atlas understand the sweeping changes and profound challenges that the world and societies are currently facing. In response, changes at every macro and industry level must be attained. At Virtus Atlas we are committed to facing emerging and demanding needs through what we have dubbed intelligent real estate development.
Concerns that have been building up during generations have been overcome over the last decades in an extraordinary manner, thus promoting improvements in the overall production, living and health standards, together with an accelerated urbanization and aging population. This has generated a whole new set of societal demands, particularly regarding environmental concerns, affordability of housing and living conditions in urban areas.
Enhanced use of public resources in partnership with private sector enterprises is an area where Virtus Atlas envisions part to response to the increasing challenges through greater impact in current and emerging contexts. Below is a link to a video disseminating the forthcoming Apec CEO Summit in Chile, which puts in perspective the societal challenges we face, which constitute part of Virtus Atlas’ mission.
